The event was well done. It's small , congenial size -- 4 photographers and 1 guide -- was perfect. Pike Place Market is obviously a visually loaded environment, so there was no shortage of subjects to photograph. The instructor did a great job of distilling the chaos of the environment so we could focus on learning something about street photography. I'd give it a 5-star rating and would consider doing more events of this kind. In short, it was a positive experience.

I had a great time! Even though I have "advanced" experience it was good to see how other photographers approach the work - the thinking behind the making of a photograph. Ideas for composition were excellent - A,B,C... and I had never thought of holding my camera at waist level. I got several nice shots doing that. Valentina was great to talk to and it is really apparent she takes great joy in photography and sharing her knowledge with others.
